About the Project
One Volunteer. One Hundred Lives.
Building Healthier Communities Through Yoga, Meditation & Service
Good health is one of the greatest gifts a person can share. A single trained health volunteer can inspire healthier habits, reduce stress, and bring hope to families, schools, workplaces, and communities.
At Saptrashmi Foundation Trust, we believe that lasting social change begins with individuals who lead by example.
Our Residential Health Volunteer Yoga Skills Program is designed to train passionate young people in authentic yoga, meditation, mental wellness, healthy living, and community leadership under the guidance of Tarun Sharma, founder of Saptrashmi Yoga & Wellness.
What Participants Will Learn
Traditional Hatha Yoga and daily practice
Meditation and breath awareness techniques
Stress management and mental wellbeing
Healthy yogic lifestyle and nutrition
Leadership and communication skills
How to safely guide basic yoga and wellness sessions
Community health awareness and service
Self-discipline, confidence, and compassionate leadership
Why This Program Matters
Today's world faces increasing stress, anxiety, lifestyle disorders, and social isolation.
Instead of waiting for illness to occur, we believe in creating Health Volunteers who promote prevention, awareness, and holistic wellbeing within their own communities.
Our vision is simple:
Train one volunteer who can positively influence one hundred lives.
Every participant carries these teachings back to their family, friends, schools, villages, workplaces, and neighbourhoods—creating a ripple effect of health and hope.
