Our policies regarding refunds and cancellations for donations.
At Saptrashmi Foundation Trust, all donations and contributions are used for charitable, social welfare, educational, healthcare, women empowerment, child welfare, and community development activities.
Donations made to Saptrashmi Foundation Trust are generally non-refundable, as the funds are immediately planned and utilized for welfare programs and social initiatives.
However, in case of duplicate payment, technical error, or incorrect transaction, the donor may contact us with valid payment details. Refund requests will be reviewed by the Trust management and processed only if found genuine.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your name, contact number, donation amount, transaction ID, and payment date.
Any approved refund will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable time, subject to payment gateway and bank processing timelines.
Saptrashmi Foundation Trust reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on the nature of the transaction and verification of details.
